Once your return is approved and picked up, we will initiate the refund.

1. Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer (if required)

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer only.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank/UPI statement

  2. Contact your bank

  3. Then reach out to us
