1. Eligible Returns

You can request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or leaked item

  • The product packaging was tampered

Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Share photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Our team will verify within 24–48 hours

  • Pickup will be arranged through our courier partner

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened or used

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging
